  • basement exterior walls R12 fibreglass batt insulation and 6 mil poly vapor barrier to basement floor. Party walls will not be insulated

  • ceilings ½” C D on ceilings carry insulation, all others as follows:

  • ceilings ½” standard with screw and nail application; taped and spray textured in all rooms

  • walls – ½” screw and nail application taped, ready for paint

  • party walls – insulated double 2X4 wall with 5/8” fireguard and ½” standard drywall on each side
